Let us introduce you Abu Coffee. During the World Championship 2022 I had the pleasure to meet José Luttrell. He is a very passionate Panamanian coffee producer, we sat down had couple brews of Jose's Abu Selection this exact lot was one of them.
This Gesha lot 21 went through a dry natural anaerobic fermentation for 100 hours, resulting a complex tropical notes, blackberry yogurt and sweet molasses.
We will continue work with José for the next harvest and showcase some of their finest coffee.
