Hailing from the picturesque region of Alto Jaramillo, this coffee is a testament to the synergy between nature and the meticulous craftsmanship that results in a truly remarkable brew. Nestled at altitudes ranging from 1500 to 1600 meters above sea level, the coffee's birthplace is blessed with optimal conditions that impart a unique flavour profile.

The art of coffee processing takes centre stage with the "Natural" method, a time-honoured technique that celebrates the harmonious interaction between the coffee cherry and the sun's nurturing rays. This coffee's journey to perfection continues as it is delicately spread on elevated beds, allowing for gentle air circulation that enhances the natural drying process. The addition of the Guardiola, an ingenious tool for regulating temperature and airflow, ensures that each bean's journey from cherry to bean is a particular one, resulting in an exquisite cup of coffee.

The heart of this coffee story lies with two dedicated smallholder producers whose neighbouring farms are situated within the Boquete region of Panama. Notably, it was in this very region that the coveted Geisha variety was discovered back in 2004. With an admirable commitment to their craft, these producers embarked on their own coffee journey in 2012, cultivating their plantations from the ground up. As their coffee trees are still in their youth, these producers lovingly handpick small lots of beans, a testament to their dedication to quality over quantity.
