Jurutungo Lot 677-J-NF

It was a dream come true at be able to visit Pocho in his farm at Jurutungo and Nuguo early March. This lot was the best jurutungo lot on the table, very vibrant and has this unique flavour profile you can only find from his farm.

We were very lucky to be able to showcase his coffee 3 years ago. Recently due to the decrease of coffee production at the farm impacted by weather patterns, which makes his coffee even more rare and special. 

This coffee was fermented in a blue plastic tank in a anaerobic condition for 96 hours, with the clean cup profile of lavender, orange juice, red wine and berries.
