Roasting Schedule, Dispatch and Cut Off Date.

• We roast every Wednesday. We frequently update our roast date on our website or Instagram bio.
• Weekly order cutoff day will be Monday 5pm. If you place your order after cutoff time, we will process your order within the same week if it works for us otherwise it will be moved to the next roast date.
• Every order will be dispatch the same day after roast or the day after.

Shipping

• We Ship Worldwide via Australia Post or DHL Express
• As a customer of Newav Coffee site, you must enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Newav Coffee is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If the parcel can-not be returned or redirected, Newav Coffee is not obliged to resend/replace the item. We will arrange for our delivery company to deliver products undamaged and by the estimated delivery date. If there is a delivery delay by the chosen delivery company, Newav Coffee will not automatically reissue an order. Late delivery is not reason for an order cancellation or refund. Replacement is at the discretion of Newav Coffee.
