Refund policy

Returns
We do not accept returns on our coffee. If you are unhappy with the product in any way, we are happy to discuss the problem and find a solution. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
While we do not accept returns, if there has been an error or problem in our process, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
