Along the years, Kotowa Farms have been awarded in multiple occasions with Best of Panama prices in the different categories, was awarded twice Producer of the Year, and also awarded by the Ministry of labor with the Gold Plate for the sound social practices and social programs and also has been awarded twice by the Ministry of the Environment with the National Award the Clean and Sustainable Industry First Prize for all the conservation and regeneration practices on both mill and farm.

This particular lot was placed a cold room for fermentation for 3 days and then on African beds after harvest covered with a dark cloth to protect to allow for slower drying for 10 days. Then sun drying for 20 days.
