Gab our Head Roaster and Green Buyer came runner up Australian Barista Championship in his first year ever competing.
In his performance he introduced a new tasting experience and visual flavour profile. Using a fresh roast combined with vacuum sealing he was able to enhance the coffee's stability during extraction while maintaining flavour intensity.
